About Our Community

With tree-lined streets, beautiful homes, incredible amenities and a quiet lake, all within close proximity to everything you need, Haddon Hall a great place to call home.

Haddon Hall contains single family homes, condominiums and townhomes. Haddon Hall residents can swim or relax in the neighborhood pool, play tennis on the lighted courts, bring their children to the playground, enjoy fishing in the lake or just take a leisurely walk on greenway trails throughout the neighborhood. The single-family homes, which range from about 1800 to over 5000 square feet, occupy the largest area of Haddon Hall.

Neighborhoods

Golder’s Green

Golder's Green lies between the Apex Peakway and Haywards Heath Lane. These 137 townhomes, with square footage between 1460 and 1760, feature two and three-bedroom floor plans, some with one-car garages. Some of the townhomes on Nottinghill Walk overlook the neighborhood lake. A grocery store, a bagel shop, and several restaurants are among the nearby shops that are an easy walk from Golder’s Green. It is also just a short walk to the neighborhood pool, lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, and park.

The Glens at Haddon Hall Townhomes

The Glens are three-level garage townhomes and are located near the Haddon Hall entrance from Highway 55. The townhomes include three-bedroom and two-bathroom units, ranging from 1,625 to 2,425 square feet. The community is a quick walk from Beaver Creek Commons Shopping Center. As part of the Haddon Hall community, residents of The Glens enjoy all the neighborhood amenities, including the pool, clubhouse and tennis courts.

The Crossings

These two-bedroom condominium homes, ranging from 1,065, to nearly 1,500 square feet, feature large, covered porches, a security system entry, elevator access to all homes, and underground parking. Residents can take advantage of all the neighborhood amenities, including the pool, clubhouse, lighted tennis courts and walking trails. The Crossings are conveniently located across from the Beaver Creek Commons Shopping Center.
